Whoever mentioned AF replaced into the toughest branch to get into is improper. it extremely is next to impossible to get into the Coast shield precise now. Air stress enlisted? No problem. Air stress officer? little bit of a undertaking. even in spite of the shown fact that it is nevertheless extra undemanding then going into the army as an officer.

I don't think that's anything that will stop him from joining. It shouldn't be hard at all for him to get a waiver.
He's going to have a good time in the AF and I wish him luck and you too for being such a helpful mother.

They probably won't let him join because their real picky about things like that. I have been in the air force for 2 years and i have never seen them let anyone with that certain situation in but its worth a shot.

it won't happen. One it's a permanent disfigurement and as such will not be waived.
two, the AF is over manned and is far less likely to recommend any waivers period.
