From what I've observed, guys go for the girls they admire. These girls tend to be (or look) confident and success-oriented, but adequately focused on their social lives. They are open to forging a relationship with a guy, if only for fun.

I am all of those things, expect that I'm NOT open to forging a relationship with a guy, and people know it. That's why I'll only occasionally get an appreciative glance from a guy. They can tell that an appreciative glance is all I'd ever want from them.

when a woman thinks that she is all that, she can be but wit out me. A few years ago I gave my wife a BMW (new) and she really didn't want it, she was driving an old Ford Probe, she would have rather that I spent my money on our kids. She asks for nothing so I have to give what ever I think that she wants but I have known women that would put it on their backs before giving anything to the children or husband. If I see a woman that is self centered I walk away, I don't even want them as friends, never mind anything else

I think most guys tend to ignore the bitchy, whiny, show me some attention type of woman. Also, the very confident, gorgeous type women also get ignore, but for a very different reason. Men are intimidated by their success and confidence. Women who are confident and gorgeous, successful, usually do not need men to help them, and are therefore more independent than the normal woman. That in itself is very initimidating.

There are many kinds of guys. These who just want to **** are looking for anyone , anyone... But men don't like ungly women and they don't like the women who are despaired in order to get married. They also don't like stupid women ( in a serious relationship) and those who have sex at the first date. Guys ignore these kinds of women if they want a real relationship and if they belong to category : best guys or anyway cool guys. The rest of the guys want any woman who likes them because they have not another choise! The resons are: 1. They don't like ungly women (obvious reason)
2. They don't like despaired women becaus they tend to puss them in subjects like marriage all the time.
3. They don't like stupid women because they believe they worth something better.
4. They don't like women who have sex at first date because thy think thata they can have fun with them but they can't have a relationship.
I fall in with guys who are sophisticated , smart , handsome (but they don't have to be gods) and the most important with sense of humor.
