Cameras and laptops are considered items of intinsic or exceptional value. So long as you are not carrying enough stuff to film a movie you should be ok.

as long as your photo bag fits in the ovrhead or under the seat yeah
just go online and check the dimentions of your patc airline, no matter what they try to tell you they all do vary slighty
but you should be fine

actually u have to depends on ur airline company... but is advisable that u just bring either one of them... coz normally airline company only allow one personal item carry infligh...
