What fat do you look at, how many grams should you have a day, what do you eat, etc..Thanks in advance:)

You look at the total fat, Saturated Fat and Trans Fat

About 30-40 grams of Total Fat a day
Saturated Fat 10 or less grams
Trans Fat absolutely none

If you are between 14 - 30 your total fat should not exceed 20 - 30% of your energy needs.

Energy needs for female

14<18 - 2150kcal
18<30 - 2000 - 2350kcal

Plan a diet for yourself and make sure you follow it. Exercise regularly. There's no short cut in slimming down

You have to learn to read the food labels and look up calories on line. Keep a diary of what you eat and make meal plans.

You can get low fat almost everything. I have been on low fat for two years due to a stroke. Reddi Whip has a great no fat whipped cream in a bottle and Blue Bunnie makes great low fat low sugar ice cream.
