if they sincerely repented and asked God's forgiveness, then, yes...
although, personally, i wouldn't wait that long, in case i didn't get a chance to decide before i died...

They would be judged according to what they did in life. I personally do not believe in death bed conversions. Repentance is an important part of being saved. Saying "I'm too sick to do evil now, i'll be saved then" just doesn't cut it.
