My friends often use "mdr" on their blog and I donno what that means!

Mort de rire.(literally :"dead of laughing").
Equivalent of lol,double up.

mdr is the French equivalent for LOL: it means "mort de rire" (laughing to death)

This is some abbreviation, probably Internet slang.

Sorry, but I really can't make out what it might be.

One possibility is "mais, de rein" or no problem, or like the other guy said "mort de rire" or dying laughing; but it could be a lot of other things.
