as in JeZeus ... jesus ?

Even the name jesus sounds remarkebly similar to ZEUS... Zeus was the the ruler of Mount Olympus and god of the sky and thunder. Zeus is pure myth by the way.

(Question2) Is there ANY remote possibility that the ancient myths of greece have made their way in to more recent works of myth such as the bible? or is the bible, all "gods word" which was written, edited, produced and distributed by man kind?

Thanks for any enlightening answers :-)

The possibility is not remote. Samson is clearly the Israelite Herakles, whose legends the Philistines brought acros the Mediterranean. Yeshua, Jesus, is a demigod, the mating of a god and a human woman like all the dozens of demigods of Greek legend. In that sense Yahweh the mountain thunder god of the Canaanites, is mimicing Zeus the mountain thunder god of the Greeks.

When the Israelites returned from Babylon they had little history of their own. There's no evidence of any great Israelite nations, any Israelite slavery in Egypt etc. The Eden and flood storis are ripoffs of earlier Babylonian traditions. Moses is a direct ripoff of Sargon of Akkadia. The dueling gods of good and evil are from Zoroastrianism as is the notion of resurrection to judgement. All of these stories were borrowed and plagiarized by Ezra and the scribes to create a bogus miraculous and glorious history of Israel for which we have almost no physical evidence or evidence outside of the OT. It's all a fiction, no different than flying saucers and alien abductions.

Do I believe it is a myth, no, But do I believe there is a correlation, yes.
In almost all religions there is a son of a "god". In Christianity, there is One God who handles everything, with a Son, human and divine. Jesus
In Greek mythology, There are multiple gods who handle everything. (kind of like Christian god Divided tasks, lol). Each God has their own "mission" with Zeus being in charge.
He also had a son, who was "mortal/divine" Hercules.
Nearly all religions are saying the same thing just using semantics. If people could put away the "i am right, you are wrong" attitude and read they would see they are all the same. It doesn't matter what you call your God, as long as you call him.
As for the bible, a vast amount of Christians (including myself) take it as more of a guide bood of life, but not the basis for Christianity. It was written by man, there fore fallable. But Jesus Christ was the last perfect man and I think I will follow him.

There is no connection between Zeus and the alleged Jesus.. How do you know that Zeus is a Myth? He has been worshipped for a long time and still is today.. As far as the Bible is concerned the ancient cultures of many races and beliefs are in there. The Christians assimilated all they could and murdered anyone who stood in their way..Their whole religion is a pack of lies, they believe in a book that has been bastardised at least 4 time that I know of..Let's try the Bible they have in New Guinea.. It's the Pig of God in that one, not the Lamb of God.. And why may you ask ? well the natives don't know what a lamb is.. LOL.. Spare me my insides hurt ... Blessed Be )O(

Jesus is name is from Hebrew not Greek as Jesus himself, along with the disciples, was Hebrew. I doubt if there is much Greek influence in the creation of the Bible (other than the new testament texts being written in Hebrew, Aramaic and Greek) because much of the Medieval and Renaissance world idealized Roman civilization (as we do today). Many old testament books were written long before the Greeks came on the scene and the new testament books were written when Rome was in power (the Greeks had been integrated into Roman culture around 146 BC). Your questions don't make sense because they are not based on historical research. Where are you getting these ideas?

You mean as a Christian / Atheist or Greek-Gods Believer?

Christian -- This is Blasphemy, Jesus the the one and only route to God. For even suggesting this, you will go to hell.

Greek Gods Believer -- Are you nuts? Zeus is the king of all gods after he gotten rid of the Titians. If there is a Jesus, he would only be one of his many sons.

Atheist -- Of course they have connection, they are both good bedtime stories.

Any Christian who sniggers on the theory an angel visited Joseph Smith in a imaginative and prescient yet believes Paul had it ensue to him is being completely logically inconsistent. If Paul replace into meant to be an apostle, why replace into he no longer chosen (with the aid of God's windfall and Jesus' premier) rather of Matthias in the early chapters of Acts? Paul never met Jesus. And in that assertion I incorporate the Damascus highway adventure. Jesus taught reform Judaism; Paul began a completely new pagan-based faith. Jesus replace right into a instructor of righteousness; Paul replace right into a merchandising genius and spin scientific professional. Edit: right this is a contradiction: Jesus taught lower back and lower back lower back that we've been to no longer replace into related to cloth possessions or choose others, and he ate with tax creditors, prostitutes, and 'sinners'. Paul, besides the fact that if, had this to declare: yet now i'm writing to you to supply up associating with any so-observed as brother if he's sexually immoral, grasping, an idolater, a slanderer, a drunk, or a robber. you ought to even supply up eating with somebody like that. a million Cor. 5:11 might desire to or no longer this is Paul had to deter admitting individuals who did no longer help the ministry financially? i'm no longer able to work out Jesus ever being in desire of apart from absolutely everyone who replace into drawn to what he had to declare. Edit 2: Jesus did no longer prepare the two of those issues; Paul and others added it on after the certainty. If it did no longer pop out of Jesus' mouth, i'm no longer believing he suggested it. Sorry.
