I'm also 16 (and lots of guys tell me they consider me cute lol) and I've had opportunities, but I've chosen not to because I never had the opportunity with the right guy. I'd rather go off to college never having been kissed then go off to college regretting having kissed people just to be able to say I did it. You are not abnormal! You're time will come, don't worry.

i lost my virginity at 14, but it was to my ex girlfriend who i believed i was in love with. we went out for 6 months and everything was good.
i say you wait for someone special for sex.
but everything before it shouldn't matter.
the longer you wait, the harder it'll be.
after my first kiss at 12, (my thirteenth birthday to be exact), i didnt kiss any girls for nearly half a year. i kept letting it build up until it got really hard and one night it just happened. then i got a couple of girlfriends and started kissing lots. now i can do anything without being shy.
at one point in my life i beleived that i would die a virgin because i was so scared.
you just have to get over the initial wall and then everything is easy from there

It is very normal. Dont go off kissing a girl just for the sake of kissing. Let it be with a girl that you care for. It will happen for you hun.

It's completely normal. Your first kiss is special and remembered for the rest of your life. Wait until the right girl comes along. I didn't get my first kiss until I was fifteen.

Well, since girls typically wait for boys to make the first move...why haven't you chosen to kiss anyone yet? You're probably going to have to take the initiative, but don't worry...you're just now of appropriate dating age so that first kiss shouldn't be too far away. âº
