as long as that child is under 18 then he has every right, as for the child being over 18 I'd think the child should listen and think about why the father may want the wedding to not happen, parents know what they are talking about, most of the time, they have been there; they are older.

He will always be the Father of his child and you will always be the Childs Mother. Parental rights as long as the child is a minor will remain.

A father will always be a father whether he remarries of not. You will need to go thru your divorce papers to see if his rights end when he remarries. If the said clause is missing, he still has the rights.

If the child was his and born after 04 he automatically gets parental rights if he was married or not.

a father should have rights no matter who he is with being with somebody in a romantic relationship is a differnt kind of love to a father/child relationship and everybody is entitled to both a fathers love is unconditional
