Make sure you are drinking 8 full glasses of water throughout the day. Stay away from greasy meats. Instead of eating three large meals a day, instead eat half of what you would normally eat at each meal and snack on fruits or raw veggies between. Never eat until you are full only satisfied. One last huge thing. No more pop at all what so ever. I have been dieting for a month and have already lost 16 pounds. When you drink pop it has so much sodium in it (diet pop is the worse) that your body actually holds in 10 pounds of salt a month. This is true, straight from my nutritionist mouth. Good luck!

Know your RDA. Being 15 your total kcal needed is 2150kcal. Plan what you want to eat and calculate its calories if it exceeds your required RDA, re-modify it. Make sure you exercise regularly too. For snacks it would be better for you to eat fruits. Eat a variety of colors and eat lots of fruits and vegetables! Just exercise and eat right and you will be in your desired weight in no time. And you have to have the determination to do it. =)
