Go to a 99 cent store & buy a cented candle & burn it & when you get home, close your eyes & meditate in a nice, hot bubble bath.

I'd recommend a camomile tea, I find that Twinings is the best. Then St. John's Wort, which is available at most health shops and some supermarkets, is a natural relaxant and helps ward off depression.

Take 10 deep breaths, now think of something that makes you smile. Take 10 more deep breaths and relax your shoulders. Repeat a couple of times. Write down a sentence, that is very positive. Such as, "I am going to relax and calm down, life is good" Now, say that about a thousand times a day. Make it your mantra, own it!
Read some self motivational books. I just finished a good book, The secret~ VERY POSITIVE!!!

Relax, be good!

Have a long bath with some nice smelling bath salts, tea (as much as I love it) is a stimulant, you can get caffeine free tea, and chamomile tea will calm you down.

lay on your bed breathe slowly and evenly with your eyes shut and imagine being somewhere peaceful and happy - perhaps a garden on a sunny day a deserted beach, by a lake. Imagine it in great detail and at length.Savour each sound and smell and the warmth of the sun on your skin. Slowly allow yourself to come back to the present.

sleep; exercise; breathe deeply; then think that you are the king/queen of the world and think of all the things that you could do. do it in detail. then breathe deeply again for 15 DEEEEP breaths. think of all the positive things in your life. think of funny moments, breathe 5 deep ones, then think of memorable moments and then breathe 20 deep ones. slowly think of the valuable things in your life and how you are lucky. once again, breathe 20 times and come back to reality feeling a little more grateful than before. thanks for asking! Hope this helps! =)
