I need to improve my diet, i'm not overweight and actually workout like crazy but need to improve my diet with more healthy and natural foods. What are some great choices to increase libido and energy?

You can get healthy diet ideas on the internet. Eating the proper balance of protein, fiber and carbs is essential. The libido thing could be caused by most anything. Assuming you are an adult over 25 years of age, you could have a low testarone level (checked with blood test), over anxiety, depression and lack of confidence could interfere with it.
