This is like deja-vu, I'm obviously supposed to help you heal. You're not going to believe this but my best mate calls me Betty Boop !! I just love her ....... :0)

Anyhows I digress, calm your beating heart, you have a simple vitamin B12 deficiency. You need to increase your intake of foods rich in vitamin B12 ie:- yeast, liver, eggs, milk, cheese and fish, kidney and pork.

Have you been under added stress lately? Most likely by the sounds of it. You need to increase your intake of the B vitamin complex in stress situations.

The recommended daily intake for adults is 2mcg. I suggest you go to the chemist and ask the pharmacist to recommend a good quality brand of multi B complex supplement to buy.

For B12 to be properly assimilated through the stomach it is necessary to be combined with calcium during absorption to adequately benefit the body.

In the human diet B12 is supplied primarily by animal products, since plant products usually dont contain it.

B12 vitamins will alleviate impaired memory and balance, inability to concentrate, depression, moodiness and irritability, dizziness, chest pains, palpitations, headaches, migraines, head and hand sweats and fatigue and exhaustion.

Do you recognise any other symptoms?? You also let your blood sugar levels get too low and hence when you got up the earth came rushing up to meet you. You need to eat more regularly and include more of the B complex of vitamins in your diet.

B12 will also maintain a healthy nervous system.

Do you also have sore lips, mouth and tongue, cracked and splitting skin around your fingernails and grainy and sandy feeling eyes? If so, this is also a vitamin B deficiency, vitamin B2 (Riboflavin). This vitamin will be included in the Multi B complex supplement that you buy. The RDI for this vitamin is 1.2 - 1.7mg.

Foods rich in B2 are milk, liver, kidney, cheese, leafy green vegies, fish, eggs, yoghurt and beans.

If you are a vegetarian and have excluded eggs and dairy products fromyour diet, then you need B12 supplementation. If you keep regular "Happy Hours" and drink a lot, B12 is an important supplement for you. Heavy protein consumers also need extra amounts of this vitamin. B12 works best synergistically with all the other B vitamins, hence my advice to get yourself a B complex vitamin supplement. Women may find B12, helpfull as part of a B complex during and just prior to menstruation.

If you choose to follow my advice you'll be very pleased you did as you will get release from your symptoms within a day or so. In actual fact, you should feel some degree of almost immediate improvement.

Hum that is weird. Let's hope it's a one of thing and never happens again. If it does, then get the doctors to check for things like epilepsy. Also just to be on the safe side as about MS. It doesn't sound like that's a possibility but ask if they've considered that anyway. Of course it may well have been something as simple as dehydration or lack of salt.

You likely had a TIA- or transient ischemic attack, also called a mini-stroke....look it up online.
You should probably be seen for more imaging studies to make sure there's not a clot in your heart, and that the carotid arteries are clear of plaque.
If you have high cholesterol/ lipids, you're more at risk for this, especially if there's any family histor of stroke.
Do not just let this go.
You may need to take a baby aspirin daily as prescribed to thin your blood, or take something for cholesterol.

That sounds scary. I'm sorry it happened to you. But you sound so brave! Good for you that you're coming here to ask more!

I had a stroke nearly 4 years ago. I'm 31 years old now and I had a heart transplant.

Signs of stroke are nausea, sweating, feeling hot, and sudden numbness in a body part. Mine happened one night leaving work at exactly 725pm. I was dong overtime, typical, and I was carrying a binder in my left hand. Anyways, I was hot and sweaty and I couldn't wait to get out the building. When I did, the binder dropped to the ground. I picked it up again and put it in my left hand/arm again. I went a few steps again and it fell one more time. I carried it in my right side and made it to my car. It was drizzling and sooo humid outside. I started panicking because I wanted to get in my car. I finally opened it and got in and i started to calm down. Then I remembered my purse was still on the roof. i went to get out to get it and then BOOM!!! I fell to the ground next to my car. The rain got harder and I thought, **** my cell phone! It was still in the purse up on the roof. I prayed to G-d please let me get up! I couldn't - my left side would not respond at all. I know I prayed and prayed and then a car pulled up out of nowhere and this man "Paul" ( i still remember) came up and asked me if I was okay. I slurred, no. I couldn't talk right. My left side of the face was droopy he told me. i asked him to call 911. Next thing I know I'm in an ambulance vomiting.

They told I was having a stroke. In the hospital I was given TPA. It's a medicine that when given withing 24-48 hours of a stroke, can save your brain from flooding with blood. It worked for me and I regained my left side, except that now I limp and can't really run anymore.

But I'm alive! G-d listened =).

Listen to your body's warning signs NOW. It's time to visit a cardiologist and work on regulating your cardiovascular system NOW.

Our bodies will last a long time diseased, trust me. until one day, BOOM! you're gone.

DOn't mean to scare - just encourage you to take this seriously.

Subject: A Needle Can Save!

Dear Friends,

You may have received this information before but nevertheless, it is good to know......

Keep a syringe or needle in your home to do this... It's amazing and an unconventional way of recovering from stroke, read it through it can help somebody one day.

This is amazing. Please keep this very handy... Excellent tips. Do take a minute to read this. You'll never know. One's life may depend on you.

" My father was paralyzed and later died from the result of a stroke. I wish I knew about this first aid before. When stroke strikes, the capillaries in the brain will gradually burst."(Irene Liu)

When a stroke occurs, stay calm. No matter where the victim is, do not move him/her. Because, if moved, the capillaries will burst. Help the victim to sit up where he is to prevent him from falling over again, and then the bloodletting can begin. If you have in your home an injection syringe that would be the best, otherwise, a sewing needle or a straight pin will do.

1. Place the needle/pin over fire to sterilize it, and then use it to prick the tip of all 10 fingers.

2. There are no specific acupuncture points, just prick about a mm from the fingernail.

3. Prick till blood comes out.

4. If blood does not start to drip, then squeeze with your fingers.

5. When all 10 digits is bleeding, wait a few minutes then the victim will regain consciousness.

6. If the victim's mouth is crooked, then pull on his ears until they are red.

7. Then prick each ear lobe twi until two drops of blood comes from
each ear lobe. After a few minutes the victim should regain consciousness.

Wait till the victim regain his normal state without any abnormal symptoms then take him to the hospital, otherwise, if he was taken in the ambulance in a hurry to the hospital, the bumpy trip will cause all the capillaries in his brain to burst. If he could save his life, barely managing to walk, then it is by the grace of his ancestors.

"I learned about letting blood to save life from Chinese traditional doctor Ha Bu-Ting who lives in Sun-Juke.Furthermor e, I had practical experience with it. Therefore I can say this method is 100% effective. In 1979, I was teaching in Fung-Gaap College in Tai-Chung. One afternoon I was teaching class when another teacher came running to my class room and said in panting, "Ms. Liu, come quick, our supervisor has had a stroke!"

I immediately went to the 3rd floor. When I saw our supervisor, Mr.Chen Fu-Tien, his color was off, his speech was slurred, his mouth was crooked-all the symptoms of a stroke. I immediately asked one of the practicum students to go to the pharmacy outside the school to buy a syringe, which I used to prick Mr. Chen's 10 fingers tips. When all 10 fingers were bleeding (each with a pea-sized drop of blood), after a
few minutes, Mr. Chen's face regained its color and his eyes' spirit returned, too. But his mouth was still crooked. So I pulled on his ears to fill them with blood. When his ears became red, I pricked his right earlobe twice to let out 2 drops of blood. When both earlobes had two drops of blood each, a miracle happened. Within 3-5 minutes the shape of his mouth returned to normal and his speech became clear. We let him rest for a while and have a cup of hot tea, then we helped him go down the stairs, drove him to Wei-Wah Hospital . He rested one night and was released the next day to return to school to teach.

Everything worked normally. There were no ill after-effects. On the other hand, e usual stroke victim usually suffers irreparable bursting of the brain capillaries on the way to the hospital. As a result, these victims It will be a good deed indeed.

The greatest risk is not taking one... Make a difference!! !
