Rejection never felt good at all.
Getting dumped ain't a good experience, whether the relationship if for fun or for real.
Everyone wants acceptance & affection.
But getting dumped is liberating, giving you the space to nurture & refresh yourself, giving you the freedom to choose a partner wisely, giving you the freedom to love again, giving you the freedom to be with someone who deserves you just the way you are, as you are to the special someone you are bound to find.
Take care :)

Ask yourself why it happened? Did you in anyway contribute for him/her to dump you. The past is gone. Learn from this experience and move forward.

Because you cared about the other person. Some people subconsciously take it as they have a flaw, which is not true. Some people aren't made for each other. Look at the bright side, you now get to meet someone that is right for you.

You cry..then pull yourself up by the bootstraps and tell yourself it just wasn't meant to be. Remind yourself your a good person, your worthy of another's attention, say oh well, smile and enjoy life.
Try not to beat yourself up too much. We ALL make mistakes. Try to learn from the mistakes, find the good things that you discovered about yourself and others from the relationship and go on.
Count your blessings! :)

I guess the key point is the most difficult part is 'dying' without an answer to why it happen. But in my humble opinion, any relationship that has become single sided is not worth continuing. Imagine if you guys have even bigger crisis, how are u going to deal with together? Cheers.

It's a natural reaction. You feel rejected. Just pick your pride up and keep your head high and you will find someone who is much better for you. Hang in there.
