Any local Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep dealer can order these parts for you and usually will have them on hand for a reasonable price. Also you can go to any junk yard and look around but you'll most likely not find what you need in the color that matches your car.

There are also parts warehouses and retailers online that you can check out such as napa.com and autozone.com and others, they may even have them in their stores, I know that napa does sell body parts in their stores.

My advise is still to go to the dealer, the right parts, decent prices, AND they can match the colors properly.

If you want new parts below the dealer's price, go to makeitmopar.com. Everything is at a minimum 20% lower than the dealer. If you can't find what you need there or if it looks like they don't have it, just call the dealer and ask them for the part numbers. Go to the site and put those part numbers in and they will come up. Genuine NEW Dodge parts, way less than the dealer's price. Aside from that, a local parts recycler and there's always eBay.

Wrecking yard will have it for a cheaper price and you will need to install it yourself. Auto body shop or dealer can order them new and give you the option of having them install it or allowing you to install them .Depends on your budget and how willing you are to get your hand dirty. You never mentioned the year of the Dodge or the make but I am assuming that it is a newer model. I would get prices from the dealers and autobody shops. Some auto body shops can get the parts from wrecking yards to help save you the money and install it for you. just make sure you have them give it to you in writing before you have them do the work.
