I wouldn't eat a WHOLE lot right after a workout. But if you are really hungry then you should drink plenty of water and possibly eat these foods:
Small fruits like blueberries or strawberries-full of antioxidants and are healthy and good to fulfill an appetite
Toast (a few pieces only)-filling out hunger without filling up on calories.
Soft fruits like peaches or plums-vitamin enhanced to help rejuvenate after a workout.
Plain crackers or fairly plain cereal-good carbs to replace lost bad ones.
Vegetables like celery and carrots-good to snack on and filling after exercising.
Raisins-not really a fan but do help gain lost energy. Fresh grapes work almost as good, too.
For drinks water is usually the best-Gatorade and energy drinks are OK but better before working out. Soft drinks=BAD
Anything with proteins is also the best way to go.
Good luck!

The plan I have followed uncludes eating those carbs which are high on the glycemic index before and after working out, and slow carbs the rest of the time...There should be plenty of protein in your bloodstream.
This means along with whatever protein, eat fruit, fruit juices atc after the workout. Insulin will be secreted and all the carbs in your bloodstream will be packed into the muscle cells that need them instead of into fat cells.
ANy other time you eat carbs they should be complex carbs like rice, pasta, cereal.

Many people ask me how they can slim down. I recommend that people eat right and exercise. However, if they would like a little "help", I suggest using natural Hoodia (it's important to note that not all Hoodia works well, even if the bottle says "pure" or "standard").
The Hoodia sold at http://www.aboutu2.info/free-diet-pills.php is in my opinion the best Hoodia on the market. It's pure, has no side effects, and they give you a free 15 day sample (there is a $6.95 shipping and handling charge).
Fantastic results have been seen with this particular Hoodia.

Nothin, have some water then after 2 hours, have ur daily food. You should do this because if you workout then eat, ur system will not get used to it and u will gain more weight and u'll have more chances of vomiting.
Hope u lose weight and get fit soon.

you should drink alot of fluid... water or drinks that contain electrolytes because after sweating you loose these from your body.
to help replenish glycogen and speed muscle recovery, make sure you eat a high carbohydrate food along with a little protein within one hour of a long-duration (more than one hour), intense workout.

Eat after your workout. To help your muscles recover and to replace their glycogen stores, eat a meal that contains both protein and carbohydrates within two hours of your exercise session if possible.
