pretty big statue there

depends on how big the viewer is. An average size statue might be idol worship to a midget but not a basket ball player. Whenever I am in doubt I strip naked and dance around the statue and if I feel at all like I am worshiping an idol then I go and just grind a little off the feet.

it can be as big or as small as one would like -however until the actual object itself is worshiped - it's not idol worship. if the people believe the actual statue IS the thing saving them -instead of the rality of Jesus Christ - then, large or small it's idol worship.

The size of the statue makes no difference. It's only worshiping the statue itself that is forbidden.

It is only idol worship if you are worshipping the actual statue and not what it represents.

I don't think we should bow down before any statue, no matter what its size...

Deuteronomy 5: 8 & 9: "“‘You must not make for yourself a carved image, any form like anything that is in the heavens above or that is on the earth underneath or that is in the waters under the earth. 9 You must not bow down to them or be led to serve them, because I Jehovah your God am a God exacting exclusive devotion,"

Psalm 97:7: "Let all those serving any carved image be ashamed,
Those who are making their boast in valueless gods."

Any statue of any deity is an idol if it's held with reverence

This Jesus Christ has to be the biggest one in your life not an Idol on the road. Idols are against the bible, immaterial in church, temple, mosque or in other places.

It depends on if you worship it or just admire the art.
