Nothing it will slow you down eat after the work out...But drink room temperature water; cold will give you cramps while working out...

You should wait at least 1 1/2 to 2 hours after you eat to work out. YOur stomach needs the blood to digest the food.

there are no best foods for everyone. you'll need to experiment. but it seems certain that eating lightly is a good idea.

something sugared( fruit, candy, ...) the most energetic fruit are dates try to eat 3 before you work out, they're really usefull.
