As long as the puppy is constantly supervised and up to date on his/her shots, then you can let them out in the backyard at 6-8 weeks of age. Again, make sure they are supervised, don't just put them out and leave them.

Well you dont say how old your puppy is now so if it is 8 weeks old then it's ok to let your puppy explore the yard. I'd suggest to keep a 6 foot leash on your pup so you and easily get it if he has it in his head to dash away from you. You can just let the pup drag it around.
You should always be there with your pup never leave him alone until he is very much older.

my puppy started roaming the yard the day we got him...just make sure you have a fenced in yard. they love to run around...but i'd keep an eye on him until he gets older or trained enough...you don't want him to eat anything he shouldnt.

There is not specific age, I think it is up to you when you feel like your puppy is trained well enough not to run off.

never alone: be with him : a puppy can get into trouble :mine got her toenail stuck in something, they eat anything they find.
In fl, where I live a big bird can land and peck them. They are like babies and need supervision

15 or 16 years old. Then they are quite and dont bother anyone else. But why would you care about that?

depends on the personality of your dog..if he runs after anything that moves I would wait or consider fencing the yard...if he's mellow then maybe when he's older

yeah, there is no specific age. When you feel he can go outside, and romp around himself, and think he will not get himself in trouble
