bar all the way. but if its legal for her to go, theres not much you can do

I'd rather go to a bar...the drinks are cheaper, and the "show" is often similar to a strip club, especially as the hour gets late.
What should you do about what? How old is your sister? If she's underage to visit either of these places, then you need to decide if it's something you should take steps to stop (for her protection, legal and physical) or not.
