hey, the guy i been dating loves me and i love him.. one day he said " you should get forever and ever (hisname) on your ***(butt)" and i said not being serious " okay sure in cursive too" and he was like " yeah" what the heck.. im questioning the tattoo, he said he would get one too but not on his butt.. but like tattoos dont earse.. im scared what if i break up with him im stuck with the tattoo. we are planning to get married, but still tattoo is like forever or something haha. im just really worried would i be making a mistake? or should i just do it for the hell of it? i am in love, marrying him, it is gonna last... well i think.. so should i just have it? tell me what you think

has anyone gotton a tattoo of their lovers name on them and broken up just curious

You should really be 100% sure before you get a tattoo. If your fiance loves you he will understand if you are not 100% comfortable. And if you do get one I recommend you consider somewhere other than your backside - that tatt will probably not age too well. There are other place you can get that will go better as you get older, and that will still be hidden under most clothes. Also have you researched the health risks?

For some odd reason, once u get a name tatooed, it's a curse on the relationship. I wouldn't do it!! Offer some other suggestions, like a matching symbol or something that represents the relationship. That's what I did, and it looks great and no curse!!!

Don't do it....my best friend did it and now she has her ex-bf's name written across her lower back! She regrets that more than anything.....
