Look at it this way she must be your ex for a reason! You mustnt have been good together! So you have to look at her as a problem that you need to avoid!
If you dumped her, when you see her you need to think about the reasons why.
If she dumped, when you see her you have to remember that she will make you feel bad about yourself.

Dont call, or see her, or in any way communicate with her, until you feel comfortable being around her as friends again. i have had this problem before. Give it time, but if you communicate you'll only want more in your relations with each other. wait a minimum of a week or 2.
