You might want to try a smoothie drink when you feel hungry instead of forcing yourself to eat. This would satisfy your body and you would not have to go through the process of eating.
If this does not work for you check with your medical doctor.
Best wishes.

Hi I used to be a pti in the air force, what i suggest is that you try to eat 5 small meals per day, It is healthy and you will not have that over full feeling. Fruit is very easy food to eat,one meal could be just a little cereal, or even a cereal bar as long as you have a little roughage and two of these meals per day can be just a bit of fruit. It may be none of my business but also if you smoke, it is a known appetite suppressant. don't try to force it or it may just create more of a problem. Try different foods, find things that you do enjoy!

It depends on your weight. If you are underweight, you should worry. And you have to ask someone else if you are underweight or not, because anorexic people often think they are fat whereas they are skinny. If you are fat, you should be glad not wanting to eat! If however you manage to keep a steady normal weight, not enjoying the food is strange, but if you are not losing weight you are fine. However, I would advise you to have a blood test for thyreoid hormons, urea, creatinine, blood sugar levels and hemoglobin, to see that everything is fine. It is good to do this once a year anyway. Finally, if everything is fine and you just don't enjoy food, go to a great italian or turkish restaurant and test if it is you or the food's fault that you are not enjoying it!

yes you should be.. if the idea of eating when you know you are hungry bothers you even if it is a healthy food then yes.. you don't have to eat a big meal when you feel hungry it could be something as a simple snack like a fruit. If this is really bothering you and you feel yourself losing control over it. See a doctor before it turns into a eating disorder.

the most important thing is that you are eating. loss of appetite and not eating because of it will cause you to lose weight and could be the begining of bigger problems.
see how things go if its continuous check with your GP. where i come from there's a liquid medicine called periactin which would open your appetite and have you eating and enjoying everything.
try the link below it, it may help you identify why you have appetite loss
have you checked to see if you are pregnant sudden unexpected changes in eating can be cause by early pregnancy

I went through this twice in my life after major stress factors. It's a natural course of the healing process, so if you are doing this because of a major stress factor, I would just see my GP anyway and ask about Vitamin suppliments. Maybe drink a nutritious shake in the meantime to give your body the suppliments it needs while you heal from whatever factor began this issue.

Nothing's wrong, probably. My guess is that you haven't been very physically active recently? Your body simply needs less to keep it going. Another possibility might be stress. Is something worrying you? Time to either solve the problem or get a hobby.

You sound like you need to stop worrying bout that and take a sweet pill, cuz your human like everyone else, endulge yourself in a nice home cooked meal. and tell yourself the food is great, you have your mind focused somewhere. Just tell your mind to enjoy it. Thats all.

I really don't think you should be worried, but a check up at the Dr is probably a good idea.. have them check your iron level, white blood cell count.. you don't state whether you are under weight, normal weight or overweight.. these factors need to be taken into account also.. good luck...
