There is nothing you can give. You likely need a vet.
Do not induce vomiting until your vet tells you to. This is not always safe. It depends on the poison

I have always been interested in animals,and often treat my own W/home remedies. I use to help my uncle (VET) on weekends at his vet office,and learned some VERY interesting things. FIRST of all DONT induce vomiting!!!!!
However depends on the aquired taste of your dog: I have known some to like this and some to hate it: Try mixing these ingredients and he may eat on his own,but if he don't use a dropper or small dip cup,and MAKE him drink it even by force if needed(sounds cruel,but he will thank you later)
1= 1/3 cup milk (room temp)
2= 1 egg
3= 1T vegetable oil
Mix ALL together W/beater make sure to mix well,and this will mix w/the acid in stomach and allow him to vomit it up on his own time!!!! I wish you all the luck!

It depends what the poison it, if your dog has ingested best to get hold of a vet right away

Induce vomitting and immediately contact your vet.
