Are Yorkie Terrier's good dogs to have around a sheltie?

I'm thinking about buying a dog, don't know if i should cause i've got a lil 11 year old Sheltie.. I don't know how he would react if another dog was in the house with him.

I can only tell you that I have an 11 year old Bassethound and she loves my Yorkies and they love her.

It really just depends. If you walk your sheltie a lot, does it get along with other dogs? You may want to have them meet (Yorkie and Sheltie) before you adopt.
