every time I get something wrong with me I think it is fatal, I am suffering with dizziness at the moment which is making me think I have a brain tumour, Its spoiled the day completely today and I have to go out with my family to celebrate mothers day tonight and I haven't stopped crying since 10 this morning, I can't tell them anything because they are probably sick of hearing it by now. Can you cure worry and hypocondrism ( if thats the word ). I think if I die my youngest won't remember me the other 2 will be devastated and have to be split up and live with their fathers I am really needed here and I am always thinking im leaving soon.

iam11std, yes you are wrong in your estimation of me. Your answer was clearly a dig at the fact that I have more than ONE parent for my children and why would I go asking for another chance off one of them when in fact I am married to both my youngest childrens father, there are only 2 fathers in my scenario, sadly, as with a lot of relationships the first realationship didnt work out. Your apology is not accepted I have just reported you instead. You seem very heartless to me.

Yes you can cure hypochondria and worry. To do that you get psychotherapy and medication. (The dizziness you got was probably from hyperventilating from panic). So pick up your phone book and find a psychiatrist after a few years or more of intervention and medication your life will be much better (Don't listen to the idiots in Scientology that think psychiatry is bad, It's not, it improved my life too and I know it will improve yours!)

I really do sympthathise with you!
I am like this, and i have only been like it since i had my son 2 years ago!
I was on anti depressents last year for panic attacks and anxiety because i thought i couldnt breathe properly and thought i had some sort of respitory problem and kept telling the dr i was havng a heart attack but all they were was anxiety symptoms! which can do amazing things to our bodies and make us think allsorts, your dizziness could well be anxiety - well its more than likely to be anxiety as you sound how i was
anyways my GP said it was either the shock of moving out of my parents house or delayed PND.
im okay now but i sometimes get the odd, what if it is.....
but then i forget about it!!
Go and see your GP, they will listen, and they will help! :)
good luck

You sound so depressed & afraid.
Please get help as soon as you can, maybe your mother could take you, or the man your wth?
Yes you are soo needed there by your chidren/ babies & the other ones that love you so don't even think your leaving darl.
You could have postnatal depression. My girlfriend had it bad for a couple of years.
But so you can be reassred, tell the doctor everything, so he can do checkups (cat scan) etc,
Though I think you just need some medication, a Good rest & lots of love.
I shall pray for you Jo ...Pray too, you'll see answered prayers & I pray this will be the start of a better life all round for you & your family!

Anxiety causes dizziness, you have probably been worrying about dying since you have been on your own with the children, you need to get out now and again and learn to enjoy life. Get a babysitter and grab a friend and really enjoy a night out it will do you the world of good. Good luck try to take life as it comes and get checked up in case you are suffering from depression from when you last child was born

your not the first to say today is mother's day. we are in march mother's day is always in may. about you worrying your not the only person this happens to. if you have any real reason to believe you could be physically sick go see a doctor, also explain to the doctor all these worries you have. the doctor can recommend you to someone that could help.. to a certain point you are doing well because you are aware that it is disturbing your daily life and you want to improve. that is a very big step.. like you said you are needed make an effort not to worry if something is going to happen it will and worrying about it won't make it happen or stop it from happening. think of your kids if you don't do it for yourself do it for them.

Why are you worried about something you have absolutely no control over? Everyone is dying since the day they were born.Dying is a FACT everyone dies..EVERYONE. You are not dieing you are probably very healthy.Go to the doctor and have a check up.(complete) And when your brain starts telling you have a problem, tell it you just came from the doctor and he said everything is fine.I had a friend who was like you and I got so sick of hearing how sick he was every day it was something new, wrong with him.I finally just told him to go away i couldn't stand it any more. Go to the doctor and then tell your body when it starts to think somethings wrong, that you just came from the doctor and everythings great. And then tell it to shut up that your fine.

You are suffering from the classic symptoms of acute anxiety syndrome. you must see your GP, who can put you on tried and tested medication, if you don' get better you will be referred to a psychiatrist. Believe me there are a lot of medicines available for this. It's a common problem, I suffered horribly many years ago, I'm still on medication, but I'm OK, I just have to stick with the medication.
Don't worry, your condition is easily controllable, but you must see a doctor!
All the best.

I know what your going thru, I have dizzy spells all the time. I have 3 children, my doctor just diagnosed me with hypogliciemia, which is a step closer to diabetes. It stinks, not to mention i have very low b12 and a bad iron deficiency. Thanks to my mother. And i have a bad back due to my dads side of family. My doc has told me bout my head probs, he says that it could be because i am too anxious to stand quickly, ive gone thru a cat scan, and holtor cap. None said a thing, the holtor monitor said very little. So they couldnt tell me anything, if i were you, i would get your heart checked out. You could have low blood preasure. My doc wants me to go get that checked by a specialist. Im scared as well, ive been recieving this since i was pregnant with my second child. I often worry if ill ever pass out right while i am in public with my children. And have noone there but me and my kids. It is a very scary thing. They wouldnt know what to do. I just close my eyes and say stop to myself, sometimes it helps other times i see blotches in front of my eyes, and my ears start to ring, I would see a doc. Im going to be 26 here in may and im terrified as well, your not alone.

What you worrying for? Be yourself - yes, you are a beautiful person! Try a visit to see your GP and tell them what you've just told us. I'm sure they'll put your mind at rest. It's time to turn your life around, make some new friends, take on some new interests and ventures. Good luck to you.

Jo now just listen to me your not going to die i suspect your much too young, you will get all these peculiar things happen to you through life and you just have to accept its here today and gone tomorrow just like your dizziness , now what is wrong with you is your suffering hypochondria and that will make you think all things about yourself when there really is no need to .Now go to your doctor and he will immediately see you get treatment for that straight away by referring you to the local psychiatrist and you will come through it OK and think back later///Why? it happens to thousands of people so come on cheer up and get off out with your friends and live the moment Good Luck lovey (mum will look after Babs for a while)
