Basically its a wanting of independence. They want to figure out things for themselves. They may ask other people, such as kids their own age, family, or family friends. This is due to the idea that parents won't give advice, they will just tell them what to do instead of letting them make their own mistakes. All parents need to do is let their kids know that they are there for them whenever, no matter what the problem. More than likely they open up on their own time. Just be patient and don't get angry if they don't talk to you automatically.

Because there is no communication between them they don't lalk to each other its sad thats why teens look for best friend to share their secrets . secrets only come about when that person is doing something wrong in live and condemnation makes them hide what they did so they feel ashamed to talk about it because of the personal nature example : a boy or girl masterbates in bed has on orgasm the next morning their afraid to to tell mom or dad so this becomes a secret happens to most teens its a nomal part of life we all go true

The teen years are for sprouting wings and learning to be independant...They unfortunately think parents are restrictive and will not understand.
This of course is a reflection on their youth by not realizing their parents were once their age and doing and feeling the same things.
Parents have to keep the doorway to communication open by remembering how they were at that age..
But teens will still try to be mature by being private it goes with the age.

Cause they feel that you will judge them on it or the will get in trouble like if you ask them if they had when they did you know there going to roll there eyes and say no and a part of it is that when they have secrets they feel that. That is there sign of Independence

because parents won't understand. they just won't. teens are scared. Parents think their teens are just bad, but we are just scared. Parents don't understand that. parents don't know that we're so troubled inside. parents don't care. they don't really listen. they don't know how we feel.
