At church today I read about Lot and his daughters commiting incest and from this liaision came Ruth and from Ruth many years later came Jesus. Doesn't this prove that Christianity is an evil belief?

So the bible allows for womens rights and equality? Doesn't the New Testament say women should wear the veil in church and that they should stay silent and not speak in church? So that freedom and equality.
At least the Qur'an allows voting rights, education, and also gives laws for women in the event of divorce to receive maintainance.

Helloooooo, they were HUMAN and had HUMAN fallibilities. Being Christian doesn't make you perfect. Being Christian is knowing that your sins (when asked and repented from) are forgiven.

God perfected the most difficult people such as the Prophet Moses.God is showing that even the most evil people can turn to him! I really do not see your point but just comndamning the book it self only because some bad people turn to god!Remember before Jesus no one was christian yet!Men lived longer nad had more wives because men lived over 120years and their wives would die mostly after child bearing!Saint Mairie was a virgin mother free of sins!I think christianity is the only religious coming from God him self and his only son; JEsus Christ..Look at muslim religious, they still live like two thousands years ago.People keep condamning christianity and the book because it is so perfect even after 2000yrs!Just read some of other books letting men have few wives and how women are treated in those books and tell me if christianity is an evil book! There have been so many Mulahs and Jews authorities abusing and harassing children(there are sick people in every reilgious since we are all humans and sinful) but only our media has to project our mistakes and censore other people s sins for "politically correctness" reasons!

The Bible is the inspired word of God.It contains both accounts of faithful servants of God and those who were not so faithful. All the accounts were penned for our benefit. If we follow a course of obedience we can expect to receive Jehovahs blessing. If we follow a course of rebellion and disobedience we then could expect Jehovah's wrath. The Bible is a book of truth.
The account of Lot and his daughters is an example of this.
Lot and his daughters were the only survivors in the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah. The fact that the daughters sought to get their father intoxicated suggests that they realised he would never have consented to having sexual relations with them in a sober state. But under the circumstances they felt this was the only way to prevent the extinction of Lots family.
The narrative is not presented in the Bible to stimulate erotic thoughts. It is there for a purpose, revealing the relationship of the Moabites and Ammonites to the descendents of Abraham who became known as Israelites.Lot being a nephew of Abraham, the Israelites were related to the Moabites and Ammonites, who descended from the two sons that Lot produced by means of his daughters(Gen.11:27)Later this fleshly relationship came to govern Israels actions in dealing with the Moabites and Ammonites(Deut.2:9,18,19,37).
The inclusion of the information about Lot and his daughters in the scriptural record should really help us to appreciate that the Bible is a book of truth.Even when persons who were known as God's servants became involved in improper acts, the Bible does not conceal this. However,at all times such things are recounted, not to entertain or stimulate a desire to indulge in immoral conduct, but to provide a background for understanding other events.
In regard to your other point,Christian women recognise the God-ordained headship principle found at 1Cor11:3.So when preforming what are customarily the man's duties in the Christian congregation, some form of head covering.
However, there is no need for a Christian woman and/or wife to feel frustrated or unduly restricted because of her subjecting herself, because in the same way, those in the Christian congregation are submissive to the Elders who are taking the lead.(Heb13:7)The Elders have greater responsiblity ,though not being superior to their brothers and sisters whom they serve.By the same token, the husband has the position of being head of his family, though this does not make him superior to his wife.(1Peter3:7).

now come on, you know darn well that it's literature written over several centures and later turned into the church's final authority by Luther just to justify rebelling from Catholicism so don't act like you're asking an honest question.

It proves that religious laws differ from Dispensation to Dispensation and human beings are fallible.
