I am assuming that since you are saying your dog has parvo that you have been to the vet.
Parvo is bad no matter what. Her best chances of survival are at a vet hosp. hooked up to i.v. It's very rare that a vaccinated animal that has received ALL of the DA2PP boosters would contract the disease, but with proper care she can survive. Her chances increase if she was a healthy dog prior and not a high risk breed (rotti, Dobbi etc - they have weaker immune systems).
Her not having loose stool is good as she is not loosing her hydration - again if you've had her at the vet and they sent her home just keep an eye on her and make sure the symptoms improve and not worsen.

hope this helps...my cocker spaniel had parvo and had diearea with blood and wasnt doing anything just laying around when i came home one day from work. i took him to the vet they said they will do all they can to save him but it didnt look good and she really didnt think he would make it ....and they kept him two days on iv's and he got better,,,so sounds like urs is just getting it so if u take him now to the vet u will have a very good chance.

How do you know she has parvo? Have you been to the vet? Usually parvo is diagnosed because of the presence of diarrhea.
