What kind of disorder is over thinking things? like before & after you say something or do something and feeling guilty about it when in all reality you shouldn't? I've been having OCD habits after me and her started going out, but she is an extremly relaxed gf & good to me, but I wash doorknobs, Dont like sleeping on my bed, phobia of sheets & also here is an example of me feeling guilty, When I talk to friends male or female, I feel like im trying to hit on them when im not!,I could possibly bi, but not gay so dont think that, I've been shutting people out because of this, it happends with everyone around me, even family, Its not normal thinking, I get guilt, I wouldnt leave my gf for any of these people.. Is their anything you can do to fix this yourself? ... It's been effecting me a lot & not the best for the relationship between me and my girlfriend, would like to find out what I can do to stop this from happening, Somewhat of a confusing thing but thanks for any advice

Is it just possible that things are good now & im not used to it? which is making all these obsured actions/thoughts/whatever happend? they really didnt happend before like this

You need to seek counseling and be psychologically evaluated. Let the counselor treat you. It's impossible to do it here. Usually OCD patients are on medication. I think once you are treated, you will feel much better.

Based on the symptoms you described, it sounds like OCD in some form. I have OCD myself, and I've done alot of research. Obsessions are irrational thoughts that your mind has an adverse reaction to. Thoughts of a sexual nature are common obsessions, like your constant questioning of whether or not you could be bisexual. Only you can answer that, but if your brain is constantly questioning it, it's most likely causing you anxiety, which only makes the thought stronger in your mind. Also, fear of germs and other phobias are very typical in some people with OCD. There is alot you can do, although the availability of professional help in your area may be limited. You can take medication for it, use cognitive therapy, or a combination of the 2. Seek out a professional in your area who has experience with anxiety disorders to get the best results.

Every relationship and situation is different. I personally would have no desire for a promise ring from my boyfriend, but I would understand the sentiment. But then, I am 30 years old and we've already gone through the life "stuff" that would delay an engagement. If we were going to get married, I'd expect him to simply propose. At your age and situation in life, however, I think a promise ring is a simple, sweet way to express your intentions and commitment without sending everyone (including yourselves) into an uproar involving continuous "when's the date" questions from friends and relatives. It seems to me a promise ring is more personal, while an engagement ring gets the whole world involved. If she loves you and has the same ideas about the relationship, she'll be very touched by the gesture. As far as how to handle the relationship from that point...it is entirely up to you: there are no set rules.

Any antidepressant should help with the obsessive thoughts and compulsions. Your mind will stop racing and you should be able to fall asleep without a million things going through your head.

If you look closely in your family, you will probably find someone else with some version of your disorder, maybe someone with tics, a nervous person, a compulsive housecleaner, an overly religious person, someone that hoards and can't throw away things, etc.

Ok the first thing... Do you think this is from her? Second do you have a therapist if not then you should get one they can help you thats what happened with me I was afaraid of eating (I am not kidding I thought the food would attack me!) I would eat but I would not eat raw food or meet! I talked to my therapist and then I was fine! It really helps!

perhaps this relationship is not good for you. other people can influence our minds to act in different ways. it seems like you are just trying too hard to keep yourself busy for some reason.
