It always seems to happen when someone is sad. I am interested into knowing why.

It is because of the seratonan that the brain releases. When you are sad, the brain releases less. That is why in people who suffer from depression, they are tired alot. It is a chemical reaction in the brain.

Physiologically speaking - your brain produces less serotonin - a chemical that keeps us feeling good. Psycholgically speaking, when we are sad we want to escape from what is making us miserable- what better way to escape then by taking a nap and shutting our brains off from the depressing thoughts? In small doses it gives us time to heal. However, if the fatigue continues for more than a couple of weeks, seek professional psychiatric help!

Being sad is a thing we all experience but remember that are body is one so yes u will be tired of the stress and that's normal but you will get throught it be strong. When I'm sad I always think it could be worst like being homeless, death of a family member, money problems, or your on your death bed. Remember that the great one will never give u nothing u can't handle. I've been to hell and back and I'm still standing.
