That sounds good enough to me. If it is at least the half way through the list of ingredients it still works to fade my scars. But the higher the cocoa concentration the better if your trying to fade scars. If your just moisturizint than it can be lower on the list and still be effective.

It should be effective, but it still depends on the amount in the bottle. If it's number 1, there still could be a chance that there is very little in the product, compared to all the other little things. For an example, there could be 2 ounces of cocoa butter, which is not a lot because maybe the other 10 ingredients all contain 1 ounce, in this case, there isn't really any cocoa butter. But no matter how much, cocoa butter will always do some kind of use.

The order that the ingredients are listed, from top to bottom, is listed that way because there is more amount of that certain ingredient compared to all the others.
If it is fourth, then there probably isn't too much in there.
I use cocoa butter myself, and the other day I went to walmart, and they had pure cocoa butter in the form of a stick. (Almost like a giant chap-stick.) Either way, it was $0.97 and when you look at the ingredients the list contains: cocoa butter.
If your looking for something with more cocoa butter, I would look into that. Good luck!
