What is the best whitening tooth paste, mouth wash, and whiteing product? How well duz bleaching at the dentist work?

The only thing I've tried are Crest Whitening Strips. I had a noticeable improvement.

bleaching at the dentist is vy far the most effective method but costs around £500...
i have tried loads of whitening products and don't think any work better than the rest, they're all 'just ok'

I use Crest Whitening toothpaste, and Crest White strips. I also chew Orbit white gum after meals and my teeth are nice and white.
