Here's how they taught me at the Culinary Institute. Hold the bottle near the base. Do not hold or touch the glass. Pour, and then slightly turn the bottle as you're finishing pouring while turning the bottle back upwards. It's almost like a little flourish. Works every time.

A slight turn of the wrist as you tilt the bottle upwards will catch the drip.
If you're drinking alone, lick the bottle. Not that I've ever done THAT. ;-)

tilt the glass, pour slowly, upright the glass slowly as you pour less
