Often a good cry. followed by a karaoke session of upbeat songs helps. Failing that, writing feelings down in a journal really does the trick.

well how bad do you feel? how long has it been goin on and do you know the reason why you are depressed? i have been thru depression myself and i know how awful you must be feeling. what i did was go to the doctors and he put me on some antidepressants and i went to therapy for a year. that was 3 yrs ago and i have never been happier.i sorted thru all my issues with therapy and stabalised my deprsession with medication.

I just listen to soft music. and if I'm really depressed I listen to loud music so I wont feel so depressed.
