I so far think webshots is the best

Photobucket has limited pics
Flickr has limited searches
Ringo just doesnt search very friendly.

I don't think Imageshack lets us search (at least no tags)

Any other site that allows you to share albums AND lets you search other people's pics (via tags or description)?

I will NOT accept answers that contain :

1. Download something
2. Search engines (I want ALBUM SITES, I know enough about SEs)
3. Sites with ads (you know the difference between sponsor and spam)

I found a good sharing site WAY BETTER than the below.

PixPipeline.com for sharing
Pixenate.com for online editting, saves lots of photoshop locally. NEITHER of these sites can be searched, sadly.

Picasa from Google.

For organizing photos, Picasa has file importing and
tracking features, as well as tags and collections for
further sorting. It also offers several basic photo
editing functions, including color enhancement, red eye
reduction and cropping. Other features include slide
shows, printing and image timelines. Images can also be
prepared for external use, such as for e-mailing or
printing, by reducing file size and setting-up page
layouts. There is also integration with online photo
printing services.

i'm able to propose AOL photos, that's quite stable. additionally there is PhotoBucket, which I additionally use. the different option is to place the photographs on line, utilising some thing like phpGraphy.
