she has a very sore throat (i think thats how you spell it)has trouble swallowing and doesn't want to pass it on to family or friends at school because its been going around; do you have any home remedies for it

make her tea with honey and give her medicine (throat spray) if she doesnt get better keep her home from school on monday and take her to the doctor. hope she feels better

salt water gargles and throat lozneges. if it doesnt go away, take her to the doctor because strep throat is a bacterial infection. she might need antibiotics.

Yes take lukewarm salt water and let her gargle it. In the morning, afternoon, and evening. It will take 2-3 days but it will help

get some chloroseptic spray or drops and give her tea with honey and tylenol
