I agree with Jane D., also bath with a mild soap, baby soap,
pat dry, have you eaten anything different?? taken any different medication? washed your clothing in a different detergent. . . all this makes a difference. Allergies can happen at any time, fish, niacin, peanuts etc.

check out webmd.com on allergies.

good luck to you

My mother and I have really sensitive skin, so check if someone in your family had this rash before. If not, it's waayyy better to see a doctor than to ask someone on here! Put anti-itch cream on it so you're not scratching it and spreading it to further parts of your body. Plus, if you break a blister and have something under your nails, it could get infected!

GO to ER ---could be having an allergic reaction of some kind.. could be serious.. in the mean time if at home you have the following take them: BENADRYL and A PEPCID (any antacid with an H-2 receptor blocker in it) -----

It really does sound like chicken pox, there are some things you can buy to stop the itching. perhaps go to your local pharmacy, I am sure the pharmacist would know.

it could possibly be either poison ivy or poison oak. in any event, i would talk to a dermatologist
