Which profession do you work in and how often do you shower?

I'm just curious to see if there's a relationship between certain professions and their attention to their personal hygene.

I work in the computer science profession (programmer) and I find it very common for people in our profession to sit at the computer for 2 days non-stop... without shower.

I guess on average, I only shower once every 4 days.

i admire you mate. i work in a call center here in the philippines. since our office is bombarded by countless aircons (plus our shift start at 3am) most of the agent there work without taking a bath..that includes me..hehe it's okay to take a bath once every four days, just make sure you don't sweat a lot cause if you do, don't be surprise if people will try to get rid of you

I work in Mortgage field Services inspecting houses, and also cleaning them out once they have been foreclosed upon. I shower daily, whether i'm working or not. Sometimes i'll shower more than once in any given day.
Although, there have been times when i've been out in a really rural area working on a property and i might find myself going for 2 days. I just cannot stand not to shower/bathe on a daily basis.

I work in an office where it is required we look nice. Nobody every had to tell anyone else that a daily shower is a good idea. It wakes me up, for one thing. In the summer I sometimes take another quick shower in the evening.

I myself work at a cup manufacturing plant as a quality control.I take a bath every day.Now my husband on the other hand wishes that he wouldn't have to take a shower every day,but his job is very messy.He powder spray paints Farm and other equipment so he get`s pretty dirty.I guess that men are in nature a little lazy,when it comes to showers.My husband just wants to kick back and relax when he comes home and practically has to talk hinself into doing so.
