I find that the more water I drink the healthier I am. I use bottled water because it tastes better.
According to my college nutrition textbook water is essential for helping our bodies to get rid of waste products, to maintain a balance of nutrients, and to replenish fluids lost by exercise.
If you're losing a lot of water through exercise you might also need to take or consume vitamin and mineral replacements of things that are water soluble and might get flushed out when you sweat a great deal.

Too much water can kill you. It's rare, but water does not contain electrolytes, so consuming too much can actually give you water intoxication, or hyper hydration if you are consuming more than your body can perspire. As long as you have two working kidneys, and you try not to drink more than 1.5 liters of water in one sitting after you have exercised, you can prevent this illness from occurring. Be careful when you're thirsty though, because drinking too much will not quench this thirst, and this is how most people develop water intoxication. Other than that, water is the best thing for any purist of heart, and it certainly is a healthy way of living.

It sounds like you are drinking plenty of water. Water is good for you, it keeps you re hydrated, especially as you are into your sports. it keeps your skin moist and prevents it drying out. it also flushes your renal system from toxins and prevents infections. the best water is pure but there is so many on the market i just keep to tap water when i am at home or bottled at work.

Of course it's healthy; it's the most basic liquid you can drink.. Tap water, on the other hand, really depends where you live (for example - if you live in Australia _always_ drink bottled water).

Unless there is some contamination in your local water supply, there is no reason why you can't exclusively drink tap water. Keep drinking, as long as the water is clean it's fine.

i take advantage of warm water for tub. And for drink, relies upon what i'm eating. For espresso and tea, its warm water, for chilly drink, it fairly is chilly water with ice. For eating common water it fairly is ordinary water, (impartial).
