Every dog has his day. God gives a long rope to men to reform, but very few understand it.

You got everything wrong buddy !
Holy and wise men never fool anybody !
It is the foolish men who believe everybody .
All those who look or disguise as holy men , may not be so . He is a cheat , who plays with simple minded people.
Holy men never asks for any return favour . They are so rich in their knowledge and presence , that you need not seek anything from him. He understands your need and without your asking , if he wants , he can fulfil your needs . You will never come to know that he had helped you .
So a holy man gives without any demand and if it does good to you , how a holy man is fooling you , is not understood.

The so called holy men can fool the people if there are no specific, unambiguous, clear and written teachings. People having them will never be fooled. Muslims strictly follow the Quran and the life of the Last Prophet only which are clearly written and translations thereof are freely available in all the languages.

Jesus fulfilled the law. So exactly what did Jesus fulfill. If Jesus kept God's law, what part of the law is deemed absolute?
The weekly Sabbath! And annual Sabbaths! Not the resurrection. First observe the weekly Sabbath and annual Sabbath's, then the rest will be put into it's proper place.
The weekly Sabbath is not Sunday the first day of the week, rather it is the last day of the week and starts at sundown on Friday and ends at sundown on Saturday. Not midnight to midnight under the current theme of thinking of time.

Depends which religion you speak of. A muslim holy man is required to live a life of poverty and spend his time assisting the less fortunate. I can not see any "fooling" in this. This concept is not exclusive to islam though, some christian denominations as well as buddhists share the same principle.

Primitive humans were superstitious, and wanted to believe in something more than they were. After a certain amount of time, it became tradition.
