black dots?

I have some black dots all on my nose. Can anyone tell me what it is and what to do to get rid of them?

Could be blackheads...pores which are blocked with oil and dirt. Steam your face and gently wipe away the black heads, it may take a few weeks of daily streaming to achieve this. Use a daily medicated and mildly exfoliating face wash (there are loads of the available in chemists everywhere).
