hey over a year ago i started looksing my hair on the right side of my head around the temple area it was preceded by a burning sensation but what it is when i wash my hair when i go to rinse the shampoo out i cant do it properly as my fingers stick to the hair and i feel as iff im tugging the hairs from the roots i mean really badly so i have to rinse with only water and no touching but i feel im never washing the soap out enough this way what is causing it to feel like this thanx

Perhaps your hair is badly damaged and you need to go see a dermatologist for some help

get a handheld shower nozle sprayer..then you don't have to put your hands in your hair..you can just hold above it...also..you can use vinegar and water to make sure all the suds are out....1/2 and 1/2....another idea..rinse your hair in a bowl..that way you make sure all the suds come out..keep rinsing and changing the water (might want help) until it comes out clear and not white or gray ish....

Get a barber or beautican to check your hair and give some tips to you. They're trained to do that.
