So the guy Im seeing..is leaving in a couple of months.
and yesterday..I was out,and he droped by my work and didn't find me.
But my sister told me that he asked when was my birthday..
and that he was really serious about it.
Why would he be thinking on when's my birthday?

when things are not working right you always try to keep a thin line that u can come back to or a source which will give u the reason to talk to the person U want to so i think that the Birthday is his way to keep in touch and updated every Birthday send a gift and ask how things are going on seems clever to me

The bigger question is why are you asking about why he was asking about you? Do you not want him to know about your birthday? Are you just not that in to him, like he is about you?
Most likely he's asking so he can get you a gift.

He is leaving in a couple months, probably he wants to keep contac with you when ever he leaves, send you some flowers, when that comes and he is not here.

well it depends on when your b-day is .. if it is before he leaves .. he wants to plan something spectacular for it ... if it is while he is gone yes he may want to send you something.. or he might just show up when he is supposed to be gone .. and bam.... surprise u by showing up .. im not really sure .. i think.. cause that would be my plan ...
