I'm assuming your younger with my opinion.
If you are not a natural flirty kind of guy then don't do it. You ever see any movies when the guy gets the drink in the face. This is what happens when you can't flirt.
If you want to learn to flirt start off with a little tease. Find something you can tease her about. Nothing serious. It has to be harmless. Try to get her to retaliate with a little punch. If you have her throwing a little punch your direction your doing a good job with the flirting. Just make sure you don't continually tease as this will cause irritation later.
I'll try to give a simple example.
As your talking to her you find out what her favorite drink is. Remember that. Later on you make sure you have that and another on you. Hide the extra so she thinks all you have is the drink she likes. Go up and start talking about how good this drink is she likes and how it tastes so good. Say something like "Don't you wish you had one?" If she bites and plays along then you whip out the other one and say something funny like "Your every need I can for fill!"
You just flirted and gave her a gift as well as make her laugh. You made an impact. Now you just have to see if she was interested in you also.

I think you should always make an attempt to speak to her in passing. Just a simple what's up will do for starters. Keep her laughing and compliment her in conversation. Nothing drastic, keep it simple. Like if she changed her hair, notice it and let her know it looks nice, unless of course it doesn't
( then try not to notice it.) She'll get the picture that you're interested the more attention you pay her over time. That way you, you're the nice guy being friendly and don't risk rejection if you find out the feeling is not mutual. Hope this helps. Good luck

Im glad your not gay becuase my advise wouldnt help if you if you were.lol. Well make sure you have a good sense of humor-make her laugh, smile and get her attention. Tell her she looks nice that day, or you like an item of clothing, or she is amazing (compliments!) Well just act super confident, and try to get the nerves to ask her or them out. Just be yourself.. Always be honest and show a sensitive side girls loves a man who is sensitive to her needs. be funny.. be funny a lot make sure you give a LOT of eye contact and smile as much as your cheeks can handle it. Sometimes you need to be forward and just come out and tell her that you really enjoy her company and are attracted to her and let her know you like her a lot. She will eat ya up!!! :o)

To be honest I think all girls are the same. I love attention from a guy. Laugh at her jokes smile at her when she looks at you..don't be too full on. Just talk get to know her. Compliment her and seem interested in the same things she is. If you just be yourself... self confidence is attractive to girls. Good look but im sure ul be fine! xx

as far as i know, it's not that good for guys to flirt with a girl but what i think you should do is to tell her that you like her directly

Always make eye contact because it shows you are interested in her, and only her.
Also listen to her, and ask questions because girls like that. Stand close but not too close that you are practically sitting on her, and when you can touch her. Like when you are saying goodbye lightly touch her on the arm.
Most of all though be yourself and smile.
