At number of bars I have seen a stopper like thing, which is screwed onto a whisky bottle. This thing enables the bar tender to pour a single drink only.
I am looking for name of this stopper, so that I can purchase the same for my home bar.
Please guide.

It is called an optic and can be attached to something that is screwed to the wall or can be put on individual bottles.

Check out home stores or department stores, they're getting quite trendy. But be careful of the free standing ones as they can break easily.

I'm not sure of the name but you should fing them at restaurant supply stores. Or you could use a regular spout and count to 4. It's the same pour.
