Gotta say, you could be playing with fire to get fired by. If you get just one girl mad and she has saved your emails to her, she can claim sexual harrassment. Petty for certain, but in the corporate world today no one wants to just dismiss anyones complaints against being harrassed at work, everyone is afraid of being sued. Just be very careful if you want to continue this at work, I would suggest not doing it at all if you like your job. Employers can monitor everything you do at your computer, whether you think they can or not. You don't even have to send the email, the can have a keystroke logger that logs everything you type on your computer. It's just not worth it when there are so many other people that you could flirt with that aren't co-workers.

The problem with e-mail flirting is someone probably will take it too seriously. That person can be the person who is getting the e-mails or a partner who finds them. I have a friend who left her fiance for a guy that she was just flirting with and that guy promptly told her that he couldn't be with her. I had a male friend who lost his girlfriend, because she was offended at what he was e-mailing to other women. He told her it was just harmless flirting, but she had no interest in being with someone who did that. Myself, I wouldn't do it. Personally I think it would hurt my fiance's feelings, and no flirting fun is worth that.

E-mail dating at work is not a good idea, it leaves a paper trail that a disgruntled guy/girl can use to get you fired or in trouble at work.
Besides, doing it in person is a lot more fun.

Don't do it--it's something that your employer can see and could lead into dismissal or poor performance ratings. Office romance is not cool because it leads to a bunch of idle gossip.
Watch "The Office"--it's a great example!

if you want a joke or a laugh -- i suggest you change tack and ask them down the pub ( or wherever ) for a get together --- that way you can respond to them face to face .
if not --- and you don't treasure your job and don't mind leaving yourself open to litigation --- then carry on down the path you are travelling ---- quit while you are ahead ! good luck

You know your boss can see it if he/she wants to...You need to do this at your home, unless you hate your job and plan on leaving anyways...
