There's a word for people who hear voices, and if they don't hear his voice, how do they know what he's saying to them?

yeah there's a word alright - schizophrenic. if they don't hear his voice, than they don't need the medication all that bad.

No. If they heard the audible voice of God they probably need medication. We hear urging and feelings placed upon our hearts, and the Word of God speaks to us through the Holy Bible.
Now have a sugar cookie, made them myself.

God speaks to all of us through His Word, the Bible. When you pray and ask for direction, when you need Him to tell you what to do, it is Scripture that will speak to you.
Let's say you pray and ask God whether you should speak up about some wrong done or keep quiet ... He might answer you with "Even a fool, when he holdeth his peace, is counted wise: and he that shuts his lips is esteemed a man of understanding."

You feel God listening. He replies everyday as he sends us sunshine, warmth, food, beautiful sights, good health, etc. I know quite often when I pray to God, he does reply often with a sign of some kind whether it be a gust of wind, a certain noise or even a bug flying around me. He is there and he does listen.

why you are consedaring the it is a "he hear your voice" may be it is a "she" also ......
i think it doesnt matter if you hear the voice or not , the more important is .. will you do what he/she says or not :)

Well, not all the time. A lot of times that happened in the Bible. I believe it can still and will still happen today!
