go over seas for a year or two and serve somewhere needy, you will come back a changed person with a much larger view of the world and the blessing we take for granted in the States

Continue with your education obtain a masters-degree in the medical nursing field specialty of your choice. It pays well, and don't waste the experience and knowlege you gain from this on some 3rd world country as America needs good people just like you right here at home.
There is a massive Nurse shortage in America that is only going to get even worse so do the right thing and serve the people in this country.

I visualize replacing human blood with 30 weight motor oil and replacing organs with automated parts but I am a MAN ( mechanized automated nurse) end transmition
