My brother collected beer cans back in the days when the hobby was very popular ( late 70's, early 80's ). He did find a full Budweiser pull top can along side a roadway and added it to his collection. Later, with the can sitting on his shelf with all his other collected cans, the full Bud ruptured and began spraying beer everywhere.

It was more common that collectors would keep their cans empty, because of this possibility.

I dont know who would leave them full! Empty and crushed is what Ive been doing for years... saves space when storing, and lighter than leaving them full.

Mine are full, but I did have one break (messy). If they are empty easily crush. Your choice
